Program Information:

1. What is the GLOBO Rewards program?

GLOBO Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows you to collect points for every dollar you spend at any of our stores or online. Points will then be exchanged for dollar vouchers that can be redeemed on future purchases.

2. Who can participate?

Any GLOBO customer can sign-up and become a member.

3. Is it free to join?

Becoming a GLOBO Rewards member is completely free. Earn 50 bonus points just for signing up, and completing your profile!

4. How do I become a GLOBO Rewards member?

You can join at any GLOBO Shoes store or online at Simply fill out your full name, email address and mailing address. You’ll receive an email confirming that you are now a GLOBO Rewards member.

5. How do I update my personal information?

Once you create your account, you will always be able to login and update your personal information on your “My Profile” page. This information will remain confidential, please see our privacy policy for more details.

6. How can I change my password?

Go to our GLOBO Rewards website. Click on forgot password, enter your email address (make sure it’s the one you used to sign up for GLOBO Rewards) and an email will be sent to your account prompting you to create a new one.

8. How do I cancel my account?

It will be sad to see you go, but all you have to do is contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you at 1-800-473-5138 or by email

9. Can I opt-out for communications?

Yes, you can opt-out from all communications by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any newsletter or email communication, however you will no longer receive monthly statements, exclusive offers and birthday surprises.

10. Can I transfer my points balance from my VIP points card to the new GLOBO Rewards program?

GLOBO will honor the GLOBO VIP points card, so that customers can benefit from the points they’ve earned on one last transaction. Once emptied, the cashier will discard the VIP Points Card and introduce/recommend the new loyalty program.

Earning Points:

1. How do I earn points?

Earn 100 points just for signing-up and completing your profile! Points are awarded when you make a purchase at any GLOBO Shoes store or online at Every $1 spent (before tax) is equal to 1 point. Every 100 points earns you a $5 voucher which will be sent to you via email every quarter.

Vouchers expire after 90 days from issue date. You can also earn bonus points through special offers, referring a friend, sharing your shopping preference and more, so stayed tuned!

2. How do I know how many rewards points I’ve earned?

Login to your GLOBO Rewards account to find out your points balance. Sign-in here or create an account.

3. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit to the amount of points that you can earn, however the max amount of points that can be redeemed at a time is 500, which earns you a $25 voucher.

4. How long does it take for points to be awarded to my account?

5. Does the voucher have an expiration?

Yes, a voucher is valid for 90 days from the date it was issued, after which the voucher and associated points will be null and void.

6. Do my points expire?

If there are remaining points in your account after a voucher is issued, they will be carried over to the next earning period. All points expire after 1 year of inactivity.


1. What can I get for my points?

Collecting points will earn you dollar vouchers on future purchases.

100 points = $5

200 points = $10

300 points = $15

400 points = $20

500 points = $25

2. I have earned a voucher, when can I expect to receive it?

New reward vouchers are issued by email four times throughout the year. Distribution periods take place just in time for Spring, Summer, Fall and Holiday seasons. Vouchers are issued once every 3 months.

3. How can I make sure I receive all of the benefits promised by this program?

You must provide accurate information on your sign-up form, including your full name, email address, mailing address and, acceptance of the terms and conditions. Make sure the email address you are using to sign-up is the same one you provided at checkout, both instore and online. This allows you to receive all of the benefits you are entitled to.

4. How do I redeem my voucher (online and in store)?

The voucher can be redeemed online by applying the code in the promo code field at checkout or in store by printing or showing the email on a mobile device at the cash.
